Complete following exercises on the phrasal verb „break“

  4. Exercise 4 – coversational questions (those phrasal verbs are with the same meanings we had in our book, so if  you are lost, the book can help you)

We have already done one or two of the exercises, so it will be a recap for us. Don’t worry if you can’t manage to do all the exercises, we can leave some for the lesson.

Translate these questions: (same phrases)
1. O koho ses naposled staral?
2. Kde po škole trávíš čas?
3. Vycházíš se svými učiteli dobře?
4. Hádáš se často se svou sestrou?
5. Co máš ty a tvoji rodiče společného?
6. O co se teď zajímáš?

We will also use these questions for conversation, so you can think of how you would answer these:

Which people have been important in your life?
Who are you closest to in your family?
Who are your closest friends?
Which other people have been important in your life?

Lesson 8th February – 1st lesson

we discussed various topics and agreed that we will work with present perfect next time

Before we start working with that we need to recap the irregular verbs a little bit and make sure you know all the correct forms. HERE is an exercise you can do for homework for our next lesson (there’s only past simple) + we will work with THIS sheet and go through verbs that have similar forms and pronunciation 🙂
